The vacuum press roller belongs to the press setting of the Press Department of the paper industry. It includes the body layer, the wall layer and the inner cavity of the roller shell. The main body layer and the hanging surface layer are provided with connected through holes, and the hanging surface layer is provided with blind holes.
Vacuum press roll can take off more water from the wet paper, improve the dryness of the paper compared with the normal squeezing, less crushed paper, more uniform dehydration along the width of the banner, more maintain the felt Stable and good condition.
